UK delivery charge
A flat charge of £3.50 for shoes and £2.00 for clothing is added to each order to cover postage and packaging.
All Overseas orders will be charged £10.00 for a Recorded Delivery. For non-EU countries and BFPO's Ironbridge Runner can deduct the VAT. For EU countries VAT is charged at the normal 17.5%. All orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling.
You can pay by: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, American Express or Solo. Your credit card details are submitted via a secure socket. You can therefore complete the payment form, confident in the knowledge that your credit card details will remain private. All credit card transactions are verified manually and processed by Ironbridge Runner's mail order department after they've confirmed the goods you've ordered are available and ready for despatch.
Payments by cheque, postal orders or gift vouchers
You can also pay by cheque, postal order or by Ironbridge Runner gift vouchers. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Ironbridge Runner and post to Ironbridge Runner, 10 Lower North Street, Exeter, EX4 3ET. Just contact us after you have placed your order online, quoting your order number, to let us know that you will be sending your payment by post.
UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail parcel post - please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery. Should any item be delayed by more than fourteen days Ironbridge Runner will inform you of the expected delivery date.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return it (unworn) within 14 days for a refund. Don't forget to ask for a certificate of posting. Follow the instructions in your package. Ironbridge Runner can't refund the postage charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Description of Goods
Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.
Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Ironbridge Runner is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Ironbridge Runner cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard & Switch . On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days from delivery.
In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for their stated period. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, consumables, cosmetic damage is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days following placement of order, please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating 'Order Cancellation' as the subject and including all order details within the correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, this does not include any shipping costs incurred by the sender.
Products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement, The Runners Guide offer a Full Money Back Guarantee to our on-line shoppers only , this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have, faulty goods can be returned up to 7 working days following receipt of order, please inform us by email at email@example.com stating 'Order Cancellation' as the subject and including all order details within the correspondence.
