The GWR is becoming more and more popular but in its current format cannot accommodate all the runners that want to take part. Also the event is becoming very expensive to put on, which is reflected in the entry fee and these costs are only going to go up in the future. One option we are looking at is taking the event to a 10km, this would reduce costs and enable us to accommodate more runners.
